Day 1
A Woman’s Truth & The Grandeur of Sleep:
An introduction to the teachings of the workshop, exploring obstacles to self-care and setting clear intentions for your life worth living. As one of the foundations of self-care, The Grandeur of Sleep explores the importance of honoring sleep, rest and relaxation.
Day 2
Nourishing Nutrition & Embodying Movement:
During this day the basics of nourishing your body and the tools needed to claim your health and vitality are discovered. This is coupled with fully embodying and grounding your whole being through the life enhancing benefits of movement and exercise.
Day 3
Feminine Power & The Abundance of Wealth:
How to access the powerful birthright of feminine power and fully live in the balance of your masculine and feminine. And understanding the energy and flow of money and weaving the threads of abundance and prosperity into the tapestry of your life.
Day 4
Finding Your True Voice & Loving Yourself:
By having the courage to speak your truth, your power is claimed and your greatest ally is born. And by consciously placing yourself as the Goddess on your throne, you become attuned to your needs having the freedom to express your deepest desires.
Day 5
Spiritual Living & Service as a Way of Life:
Discover what spirituality means to you. Bask in simple practices which will feed your whole being; and as you develop the gems of exquisite self-care and honor your truth, your mission is born and you can truly be of service.
Day 6
The Crowning Glory:
A celebration of being full to overflowing and falling deeply and passionately in love with yourself. As you naturally stand in your truth and follow your heart’s deepest desires, a Manifesto for the rest of your life is created.
